When I first pulled this out of the packaging, I was immediately impressed by the weight. This isn't one of those thin, flimsy cardigans that loses its shape after one wear. It’s a true chunky knit. The fabric is soft, not scratchy, which is a huge deal-breaker for me when it comes to fall layers.
The description says "oversized," and they aren't kidding! I stuck with my true size, and it gives that perfectly effortless, "borrowed from the boys" look. It hangs beautifully off the shoulders and hits at just the right length to pair with leggings or skinny jeans. If you want it a bit more tailored, you could size down, but I personally love the extra room for layering over turtlenecks on colder days.
