I’ll be honest—I’m not the most "handy" person, but the instructions were straightforward. It uses a PVC pipe frame that clicks together. It took me about 15-20 minutes to get it fully set up. Once it’s up, it’s surprisingly sturdy and holds its shape well, even during enthusiastic play sessions.
