If you’re like me, the fun shouldn't have to stop just because the sun goes down. Whether it's a backyard BBQ, a camping trip, or just a late-night session at the park, finding ways to stay active after dark can be a challenge. That’s why I was so excited to get my hands on the Ivrmtal Foam Glow in The Dark Football. After putting it to the test, here is my honest take on this color-changing sports gear.
The first thing I noticed about the Ivrmtal football is the material. It’s made of a high-quality foam which makes it incredibly lightweight and easy to grip. This is a huge plus if you have kids playing; you don't have to worry about anyone getting a "stinger" from a hard leather ball in the dark. Despite being foam, it has a great weight to it that allows for decent spirals and distance.
This isn't your average "charge it in the sun" glow-in-the-dark toy. This ball features internal LED lights that are seriously bright. The color-changing feature is what really sets it apart. As it moves, it cycles through vibrant colors, making it look like a meteor flying through the night sky. It’s highly visible from across a large field, so you’ll never lose track of where the "receiver" is standing.
We took this to a local park last weekend around 8:00 PM. Usually, the park clears out once the lights go down, but we became the center of attention! The color transitions are smooth and mesmerizing. I found that the foam texture actually provides a better grip than some of my standard rubber footballs, making it easier to catch even if you aren't a pro athlete.
