If you’re like me, you’ve probably gone through a dozen car phone mounts. From the ones that clip onto vents (and break them) to the sticky pads that melt in the summer heat, the struggle is real. That’s why I was so excited to test out the Intoval Vacuum Magnetic Phone Holder. After two weeks of driving with it, I can confidently say: this is not your average phone mount.
The standout feature here is the Snaplock Tech. Unlike traditional suction cups that rely on a manual lever, this device uses an active vacuum system. As soon as you press it against a smooth surface (like your dashboard, windshield, or even your Tesla screen), it creates a powerful, airtight seal. As an iPhone user, MagSafe compatibility is a must for me. The magnetic ring on the Intoval mount is surprisingly strong. I took several sharp turns and drove over some pretty aggressive speed bumps, and my phone didn't budge once. If you don't have a MagSafe phone, don't worry—it usually comes with a metal ring adapter in the box!
One thing to note: because it’s an electronic vacuum mount, you do need to give it a quick charge every now and then (via USB-C). However, the battery life is fantastic. I’ve only charged it once since I got it, and it’s still holding strong.
